I have used the incognito window on chrome, updated it, cleaned my cache and even tried on safari which I never use and I still have the same issue. I even had a direct complaint a week ago, I got an update 6 days ago that they where working on it, but afterward no further information or update. Not sure if its due to me using the spanish version, but without all the settings available I can't even change the language and see if that is the problem.

I've checked here on my end and discovered an ongoing investigation that other users also have the same issue with their settings missing some options. Please know that this has been raised with our engineer for further investigation.
