I manage to chat with one of QB agent yesterday. The issue was sales transactions were double taken-up after I match the bank deposit and manually recorded receiving the payment in my account. However, that is one of the many issues that I encountered and it is kind of frustrating trying to navigate the QB functions without a helping hand.
I would really appreciate if QB can provide an online class for a new user like me. A separate class for those with or without accounting background will be easier for you to come up with the syllabus.
On the other hand, a complete user manual in PDF format for us will be much help.

It's a great idea to have an online class for additional guidance. It will help users with the navigation and run features seamlessly.
While the feature you need is unavailable, I recommend going through our QuickBooks website. It contains video tutorials that will help you run the Online version and avoid issues. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/global/learn-and-support/video-tutorials/.
Also, your suggestion would be beneficial to new QuickBooks users too. While we assess this, I encourage you to send a feedback directly to our product engineers.

We have a PDF manual guide release by Intuit on December 2019 for QB Online Global version. It was the first and last edition of it. Contact us in private if you are interested.
