I know that you need to connect your Kotak (Kotak Mahinda Bank) bank account to QuickBooks Online. I'm here to help you.
Each bank has its own security setting to protect its client's data. If the bank requires additional security checks, like OTP or the One-Time-Password, you'll be prompted and you'll need to complete it when linking the account to QuickBooks Online. We're unable to bypass any security features from the bank.
