Welcome to the Community! Allow me to share some insights managing users in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Usually, the number of users you can add depends on your QBO plan. For QuickBooks Plus, you can invite up to 5 billable users plus 2 accounting firms. That said, your plan only limits to 5 billable users. At this time, you can temporarily remove some users' access then invite the other and give them the specific access to features you want. At this time, we have the QBO Advanced that allows 25 billable invites plus 3 accounting firms. Yet, this is currently available for QBO US.

I know how seamless it would be to have this plan for the global versions. If your company is not located in the US, you may have 2 options:

1. Switch to QB Desktop Enterprise edition. Deploy a private cloud if require.

2. Utilize a 3rd party app as workaround. i.e your sales team may use a CRM app. It will integrate with your QBO and they don't need any access to QBO.
