The message you've received is caused by a cache-related issue. Most of the errors in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can be resolved by performing some troubleshooting steps. I'm here to guide you how.
You can start isolating the matter by opening your QBO account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, go ahead and perform the task you want. If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies. This will refresh the system and remove older data which causes viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
