You need to use QBO Essentials or Plus to enable the multi currency feature to do so. If you consider upgrading your plan, the discounted price won't be applicable. You may purchase a new blank QBO account instead.
Hello,
This is wrong because my bank account is in Euro and my account is in Euro. There is no multicurrency. Where can i communicate with support to fix the problem? thank you.
Hello @usermanolo-aguilar,
Let me help share how you can get rid of the error message so you can get back to business in no time.
To start with, @Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct, you can utilize multi-currency with Essentials or Plus subscription.
Even if your bank and online account are in Euro currency, you'll still be asked to turn the said feature on to connect them since your subscription is one from the Global version of QuickBooks Online.
With this, let's consider following the link above and use this reference to turn it on: Turn on and use multicurrency.
Additionally, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Banking for QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments below. I'll b here to lend a hand.
