My added user cannot access quickbooks. I added the user and she responded to the email but cannot access

I'll help you with granting access to your newly added user, @taguig-grenville.

 

To get started, let's allow the user to use a different browser or a private window to access your account. The incognito mode will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify if the issue is browser-related. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

From there, let the user log in to your account. If the user can access it successfully, let him or her clear their browser's cache to resolve the issue in regular browsing.
