QBO accepts debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) for a subscription payment. You can also use the Net Banking option to resubscribe to QuickBooks. Before setting up, I suggest preparing your bank details handy and ensure to have sufficient funds in the account. Once ready, here's how you can update your payment details:
- Sign in to QuickBooks as a master or company admin
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
- Click on Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
- Hit Save.
- Select Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information.
- Tap on the Resubscribe button.
For successful setup, you can take note of the following:
- To use Net Banking you must have Internet Banking for your bank account.
- Account must allow recurring transactions and international transactions.
- Account details must match bank records and there should be no special characters.
- Account should have sufficient funds.
- Your bank must be prepared to acknowledge the payment mandate.
- Please use a savings or personal account for payment. Payments from corporate or business accounts may not be supported.
- Remove all special characters in the address. It should contain letters, numbers, and spaces only.
- Ensure the phone number has been entered correctly and starts with +91.
- Make sure that the email and industry type has been completed correctly.
