My subscription is currently suspended. Contacted support and was told that Credit/Debit card payment is not accepted. Need support to setup net banking for subscription

I'll help you with resubscribing to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @edritechno.

 

QBO accepts debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) for a subscription payment. You can also use the Net Banking option to resubscribe to QuickBooks. Before setting up, I suggest preparing your bank details handy and ensure to have sufficient funds in the account. Once ready, here's how you can update your payment details:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as a master or company admin
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Click on Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  4. Hit Save.
  5. Select Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information.
  6. Tap on the Resubscribe button.

 

For successful setup, you can take note of the following:

 

  • To use Net Banking you must have Internet Banking for your bank account.
  • Account must allow recurring transactions and international transactions.
  • Account details must match bank records and there should be no special characters.
  • Account should have sufficient funds.
  • Your bank must be prepared to acknowledge the payment mandate.
  • Please use a savings or personal account for payment. Payments from corporate or business accounts may not be supported.
  • Remove all special characters in the address. It should contain letters, numbers, and spaces only.
  • Ensure the phone number has been entered correctly and starts with +91.
  • Make sure that the email and industry type has been completed correctly.
