I'll make sure that you can change your payment details.

 

Take note that QuickBooks only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Amex debit/credit cards. To successfully renew your account and update your billing information, you'll want to make sure that the Billing & Subscription fields are completed. Then, verify that the address for the credit card matches the address in your QuickBooks settings.

 

If you happen to encounter an error message, I encourage posting it here. This way, I'll be able to further investigate this case.

 

Alternatively, you can use the Net Banking option so you'll resubscribe to QBO. Before diving in, please have your bank details handy and ensure sufficient funds in the account prior to setup. When you're ready, here's how to update your payment details:

 

  1. Sign in as a master or company admin
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Under the Payment Information section, tick the Net Banking radio button.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

Once done, your financial institution will validate if the details you've added to QuickBooks match the information you've provided to them. Check out the tips below to ensure a successful setup:

 

  • To use Net Banking you must have Internet Banking for your bank account.
  • Account must allow recurring transactions and international transactions.
  • Account details must match bank records and there should be no special characters.
  • Account should have sufficient funds.
  • Your bank must be prepared to acknowledge the payment mandate.
  • Please use a savings or personal account for payment. Payments from corporate or business accounts may not be supported.
  • Remove all special characters in the address. It should contain letters, numbers, and spaces only.
  • Ensure the phone number has been entered correctly and starts with +91.
  • Make sure that the email and industry type has been completed correctly.

To change your payment schedule, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Under the QuickBooks area, select Switch to annual billing.
  4. Click Switch, then Done.
