There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequently accessed websites or damaged. This causes unusual behaviors in the QuickBooks system or program. I suggest logging into your QuickBooks account through a private browser. This will help us determine if the problem is related to the browser's settings. Then, private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If it works using the private browser, go back to your main browser and perform a clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer.
