You have the option to renew your QuickBooks subscription from Your Account. To access, go to the Gear icon at the top-right of your screen, then choose Your Account under Your Company. For the detailed steps, please refer to this article: Renew my account subscription.
Additionally, we're unable to call you directly from one of our support. However, you can contact us through messaging so that our QuickBooks Support Team can discuss the concerns with you. Please note that due to the pandemic, we have limited staff and decreased support hours. They're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.
