Hello there, @lion merino.

I've got a few details to share with you about the error message you're getting when trying to print a PDF file.

This prompt has something to do with the PDF viewer that QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses. To get this resolve, I recommend checking your Adobe reader and ensure it's up to date. Check out this link for guidance: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

Once updated, try to print a PDF file again. Check to see if it works.

In case you'd encounter any other issues when printing, you can use these helpful resources for a guide:

I'm only a few clicks away if you have any other concerns. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. Have a great day.

Let get rid of the error by making sure the PDF app is updated to its latest release, lion merino.

If the same issue after performing the steps provided by my colleague in this thread, you can use other supported browsers. Then, print invoices from there.

When that works, you can clear cache and cookies on your regular browser. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing the error when printing invoices.

If you're still getting the error, you can print invoices one at a time. Then, I recommend getting in touch with support outside of the Community. One of our representatives will create a case and send it to our Product Team to determine the next steps toward a resolution.
