I want to make sure you're able to start managing your new business with QuickBooks Online (QBO) in no time, @Hijaz.
There should be no issue adding another company in QBO using the same name, contact (mobile number), and credit card information even though you're using a different email. With this, I'd recommend logging into your second account using the right credentials and check the Billing & Subscription page.
