I want to make sure you're able to start managing your new business with QuickBooks Online (QBO) in no time, @Hijaz.

There should be no issue adding another company in QBO using the same name, contact (mobile number), and credit card information even though you're using a different email. With this, I'd recommend logging into your second account using the right credentials and check the Billing & Subscription page. This is to make sure your subscription payment goes through and other details were set up accordingly. Here's how:

  1. Log into your second/another QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu.
  5. Carefully check every detail especially your payment history.

When everything is set up finely and the subscription is charged accordingly, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your other company, further check the cause of the error you've encountered, and guide you with a fix. Kindly visit this article on how and when you can contact our support: Connect with QuickBooks Help.

After that, you can now use your new QBO account. To help you get started and learn more about the program’s features, visit this website: QBO Global FAQ

You're always welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about managing your QBO company and subscriptions. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
