My account has been created as an International account while it should have been a US account. It's causing addresses on our printouts to be wrong etc. This is not possible to change in setting. I'm not getting anywhere with Quickbooks support or US Sales Team so I am lost.

As of the moment, the option to change the region or country of your QuickBooks account is currently unavailable. You may consider canceling your account and start a new account by choosing the country first at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
Here's how to cancel an account:
In addition, I'd suggest exporting your data to Excel or CSV files before canceling the account. Then, you can upload or import them once you have a new account with the correct country.

You should open a new blank QBO US version
