Let's make sure to fix your suspended subscription so you can continue working with your invoice, kvsk60.
Generally, you'll receive an email for your subscription with your suspended account if we couldn't process a payment. You can update your billing information to fix this. To do this, follow the steps provided below:
- Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Under Payment method, select Edit.
- Enter the full credit card information by typing in the complete card number, name on the card, expiration date, and security code. Verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same on your credit card statement.
- Select Save Changes.
After payment is processed, the suspension will be cleared shortly, or at the latest, by 12 AM Pacific Time (PT). However, if you have already updated your billing information and yet your account still remains suspended, I recommend contacting our support team so they can double-check what is happening. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
