If you've already paid your QuickBooks Online subscription and a billing alert is still showing up, I recommend accessing your account through a private window. At times, the system can't recognize changes on your account due to the stored cache files on your regular browser.
If this works, you can go back to your browser and clear its cache. This eliminates those corrupted files and reloads your data.
However, if the problem continues after performing this procedure, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can access your account information and help determine the root cause of this hurdle.
