The account’s region is set which the subscription was made. You might accidentally choose the India website when subscribing to QuickBooks Online.
You'll need to create a new account by choosing your country, then cancel the India account to avoid being billed twice. Here's how:
After that, you can now import your customer, suppliers, chart of accounts, and products and services list from the old account. This article will guide you to import them in: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
Lastly, you can cancel the account once everything is set up on your new account.
