Hi there, @joe-tiptopvi-com. I'm here to help reactivate your subscription so you can continue running your business right away.

 

To clarify, did you subscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO) through an app store? Make sure you've updated your credit or debit card payment info. If you subscribed online directly through QBO, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in as a primary or company admin.
  2. Select the Gear icon in the top right, and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Select Edit ✏️ next to your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Review the address for your credit or debit card. It must be the same one that appears on your card statements.
  7. When you're done, select Confirm card or Save.

 

Otherwise, update your payment method for the Apple App Store. You can also check out these articles for more info:
