Hello,
How do I transfer all the data from my old QuickBooks Online Account to my new QuickBooks Online Account? Then, how do I purge and delete all the data from my old QuickBooks Online Account?
Thank you for your assistance.
Moving your data from your old QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to a new one is easy as 1 2 3, @JYu1.
You can export your list of reports from your old QBO account to Excel and transfer it to your new account. Here's how:
After saving the reports, you can now import them to your new QBO account. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, If your old QBO data is less than 60 days, you have the option to purge your account. This deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore them. Let me guide you how.
However, if it's more than 60 days old, you'll need to cancel the subscription for your old QBO account.
Should you need any assistance managing your new QBO account, I'm available here to help any time!
You may open a new blank QBO account
then you may have 2 options:
1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service.
