Hi there, @userworkdesk.
Let’s take a few troubleshooting steps to help you connect your bank so we can get you back in working order. First, I suggest checking your bank website if they have made some changes with their security feature or connection. Let's also verify that you have the correct login credentials.
Once confirmed that everything is correct, attempt to connect your SBI savings bank again. Here's how:
If you still can't connect your savings account, let's now determine if this is a browser issue. To do so, access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private mode. Encountering issues when accessing websites are sometimes cause by a piled-up cache and cookies store on your browser. To get started, here are the shortcut keys you can use:
Once signed in, connect your SBI savings bank again. If this works, you have to clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate. If not, I suggest running your QBO account using another supported browser.
Meanwhile, you also have the option to import your bank transactions using a CSV file. This process will help you upload transactions to those accounts you've set up in QBO. For the detailed instructions, please see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Then, to help you manage your transactions and ensure that they are accurately matched and categorised, check out this link for more details: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted if you have further concerns about connecting your SBI bank in QBO. I'll be on the lookout for your response. Have a good one.
