If you tried to use another payment method and the address is correct yet you're still getting the error, I'd suggest performing a few browser troubleshooting steps. Start by logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser (incognito).

Once signed in, go ahead and perform the task you want. If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies. This will refresh the system and remove older data which causes viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
