2. From the Billing & Subscription, update the info.
3. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

Follow these easy steps to update the payment info for your QuickBooks subscription:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing & Subscription section.
3. Click Edit beside your payment method.
4. Update your credit card info.
5. Ensure that the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
6. When finished, hit Confirm card or Save.

We can renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription by going to the Billing & Subscription page. To do so, you can follow the steps given by my colleague @DivinaMercy_N.

However, if you're still having trouble, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account securely and help you update the details.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Click Talk to a human.
3. Type your concern.
4. Click I still need a human.
5. Select Contact Us.
6. Choose either Messaging or Callback.
