So if you'll want to save your data in QuickBooks Online, you can open or run a report to export it to an excel sheet.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Utilize the search bar to find the report you want to view and access.
- Once you open the report, click the Export icon at the top right of the report using the drop-down arrow to Print or Download.
