There are times wherein stored temporary internet files in your computer becomes corrupted or outdated causing the frequently visited pages to load slowly or stuck. We can resolve this by performing some troubleshooting steps and ensuring that there are no underlying browser issues.
To start with, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private/incognito window. Use the following keyboard shortcut to open a browser, depending on which one you have:
If everything looks good, then you can go back to your regular browser window and clear its cache. It removes outdated and corrupted internet files that are causing issues like the one you're having.
You can also use other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.
