What is happening with the subscription

First of all why is there no voice call support for the existing customers. How am I supposed to make my issues? For the past 5 days I'm struggling to update the payment detail and therefore my account is suspended stopping all my work. And this an accountant version which means all my clients books are are also affected.

 

Is someone going to call and tell what is happening?

I can see how important it is to have call support for QuickBooks Online India users. However, can you please share with us if you received a specific error while updating the payment detail? I'd appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.

 

Currently, there's no option to choose call support for the existing customers or even to a new customer. This is because we have other ways for you to get in touch with our representatives to ensure you are routed to the right support team. Since the issue is already been five days, I recommend going to the Help icon. From there, you can contact us through messaging. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate the cause of the problem.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Then, go to the Help menu.
  2. Type your question in the search box below.
  3. Choose No, I still need help.
  4. Select Contact QuickBooks Support.
  5. You'll be routed in the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  6. Choose Start a Chat.
