To verify the issue, I'd first suggest logging into your bank's website. Then, check if there are alerts that need your attention. Once signed in, perform the following steps:
Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts.
Check your bank’s website for any announcements.
Once done, go back to your QBO account to perform a manual update.
You can also perform a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and QBO. Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu.
Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
Click Continue update.
