Your phone app QuickBooks, is extremely lag and delay after the update, pls upgrade it to make it no lag, I’m about to lost my patience in waiting every phase

Every time accepting every sales order is like taking so long, I subscribe the app not for delaying my task, pls upgrade this else you going to lose more user

I have an options that will help you fix the lagging issue, allowing you to use the app smoothly and without interruptions, NYK.

 

There are instances when the app accumulates a significant amount of data, it can produce unexpected results, like lagging issue. We can fix this by clearing the app's cache.

 

To clear the cache in your QuickBooks Online app, you can follow the steps below:
 

  • Android - Select the Menu at the bottom and click the Settings icon. Then pick Refresh Data and choose Yes.
  • iOS - Tap the Menu at the bottom and click on Help & Feedback. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

To clear the cache in your phone settings:

 

  • Android - From your phone's Settings, select Apps (varies by device). Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and pick Storage, then Hit Clear data.
  • iOS - From your phone's Settings, choose Settings. Click on General and choose iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the Storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

If the problem continues, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure that the QuickBooks features are updated.
