I added a User but when the user clicked on the invite, they got the message "Wrong Link". Can anyone offer any advice as to how to resolve this issue?

I'll give details about the error your user encountered when accepting your invitation, treasurer.
We have a reported issue where users encounter the error Wrong Link when accepting access invitations from QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please be assured that our engineers are already aware of this and are currently working to resolve this problem.
This error may be caused by an email limitation that restricts URLs to a specific length. Older versions of Microsoft Outlook can only handle 2087 characters, cutting off the end of the URL. As a workaround, we recommend that new users accept the invite from a mobile device or a web browser. Here's how:
In keeping with this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. To do this, here's how:
Also, QBO offers various user roles and access permissions. To learn more about each option, please refer to this article: Choose what users can see and do within different areas of QuickBooks.
If there's anything else you need or you have other concerns about managing users in QBO, please let us know by adding your reply below. I'm always here ready to help you out.
