Adding client tax/business registration number on invoices

I need to add our client's tax/business registration number on their invoices. I don't want this to be a custom field as this is the same information all the date (similar to address). How can I get this to show on the invoice? Is there a way to have the "Other" or "Business Number" fields of a Customer data show up on invoices?

Thanks for the help.

Adding client tax/business registration number on invoices

Hello Tanya-Ultimate!

Yes, there's an option to add the tax or business registration number on invoices. Let me show you how to do it.

First, we'll need to add the registration number to the client's profile. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Customer.
  2. Click the client's name and click on Edit.
  3. From the Tax info tab, enter the registration number.
  4. Save it.

Once done, we need to add this field to your invoice template. Here's how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom form styles.
  2. Find the template you're using and click on Edit or click the New style and select Invoice to create a new one.
  3. Go to the Content tab and click the header section of the preview of the invoice.
  4. Check the Registration No. box from the Display section.
  5. Tap Done to save it.
