Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to download your apps in QuickBooks Online (QBO), userkee. 

 

Error 404 usually occurs if the communication between the source link and the associated servers is interrupted. Let's try checking if your browser is compatible with QuickBooks

  1. Go to https://fixit.intuit.com. If you see a red warning icon, you need to update your browser’s settings.
  2. Select the button under the warning, then follow the steps provided.

 

If the same thing happens, try accessing the Apps store in a private browser where this mode doesn't save your searches, visited pages, log-in details, and cookies. Just use the shortcut keys that I've listed below:

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer or Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome 

 

If it works, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the accumulated site data. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with clean trash. We can also try using other supported, up-to-date browsers to be through. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

hi, this link -  https://fixit.intuit.com. - took me to a page with an error

 

403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied.

 

The proposed solutions are not working, any idea or any other steps I can take?

Since the issue persists after following the steps shared by my colleague above, I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools such as remote access that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps if necessary.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
