It's nice to see you here today, @grahamfarmsgh-gm. Yes, you can enter the production of your eggs and birds in QuickBooks Online (QBO. I've got the steps to set them up for your poultry business.
First, let's enable the inventory tracking feature in the settings. This way, you can add the eggs and birds in the program. Please take note that this is available in the Plus version. I'll guide you how.
The screenshot below shows you the last six steps.
Second, let's go to the Products and Services page to set up the items for eggs and birds. Here's how:

Once done, you can track the production of your eggs and birds when you sell them. Just create an invoice or a sales receipt in QBO. Then, restock your inventory if it's running low or out of stock. Also, you can run reports to view your sales and inventory status. For more details, see Step 3 to 5 through this article: Setting Up And Tracking Your Inventory.
