Can i resubscribe with the offer available on the website and the price i subscribe before ?

HI,

I unsubscribe my account a month ago, and i would like to resubscribe, 

but the price is double than before and also double than the offer on the website,

can i resubscribe with the same amount i paid before?

The discounts for any plans on International versions are only one-time. Because of this, there isn’t a way to resubscribe with the same amount you paid before you cancelled the account. This is the reason the price you’re seeing on the website is doubled.

With regard to your request for a subscription discount, I’d suggest contacting our support team. From there, they can securely check your account whether you’re still eligible for a discount or not. Here’s how:

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
  2. Click Search for something else.
  3. In the Tell us more about your question box, enter your billing concern.
  4. Hit Search.
  5. Scroll down the page, and then click Send Email.
  6. Enter your email address, full name, question, and phone number.
  7. Click Ask Your Question.

Once done, you can resubscribe your account by performing the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
  3. Choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Select Resubscribe.
  6. Enter the updated billing information.
  7. Click Subscribe.
