Can we modify the start date for fetching bank statement after connecting the bank account ?

Glad to have you here in the Community, @cabhavyagupta-12.

When connecting bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it'll automatically download the last 90 days of transactions. However, it depends on your bank as others go back as far as 24 months.

In case your bank only supports 90 days of transactions, you can consider uploading your bank transactions from a CSV file. This way, you can select a start date of the transactions you want to upload.

First off, you'll have to download your transactions to your bank's website. Then, manually upload it to QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the appropriate bank account.
  3. Form the Update drop-down, select File Upload.1.PNG
  4. Click Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Select Open, then Next.
  6. From the QuickBooks Account drop-down list, select the bank or credit card account and select Next.
  7. Choose a Datedate formatDescription, and Account
  8. Select the checkboxes of the transactions to import, then choose Next and select Yes.
  9. Click Let's go! when the Import completed notification appears.

Once imported, the transaction will be directed to the Banking page under the For Review tab.
