When connecting bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it'll automatically download the last 90 days of transactions. However, it depends on your bank as others go back as far as 24 months.
In case your bank only supports 90 days of transactions, you can consider uploading your bank transactions from a CSV file. This way, you can select a start date of the transactions you want to upload.
First off, you'll have to download your transactions to your bank's website. Then, manually upload it to QuickBooks. Here's how:
Once imported, the transaction will be directed to the Banking page under the For Review tab.
