Could someone help me with the Apps module. I first can't see the app search tool on the tab. And when I can and click on the app, then I get "404 page not found"...

Thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll provide information about the Apps tab in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks added the Apps menu on the left navigation bar. However, this feature is not yet working in some international versions of QBO. With this, I'd suggest clicking this link to verify if your country is supported by the QuickBooks apps: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. Please select the Country drop-down arrow to see regions.

If your country is on the list and you get the "404 page not found" error, I'd recommend using an incognito browser when logging in to your account. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

You may use the following shortcut keys below:

• Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works in incognito, I'd recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

How do I manage the apps if my country is not showing?

Do you want to integrate third-party applications through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? Or did you connect a third-party app outside the system and want to manage it within QuickBooks? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Please know that the Apps menu is not yet working in all international versions of QBO. If you want to integrate a third-party app, I suggest looking for it outside QuickBooks. And coordinate with their support team for more information.

AMOCRM, 
And all the apps I have all ready installed.  Why is the tab not available in all countries ?

Unfortunately it didn't indicate whether it supports all QBO country versions or only QBO US version. Yet you will need to have QBO Plus.
