Hi All,

 

Please confirm if I follow the subject navigation and send a query to get response via Email, then will the message move to the email of the user logged in at that time or the message will move to company email address?

Are you trying to pull up a report? If so, we need to make sure that we've set the right reporting date. Incorrect dates will result in different data.
