How do I contact Quickbooks on email or give feedback?

I do not have time to sit on chat. Where can I contact Quickbooks per email. I also see the feedback button is not there anymore, so I don't have that option either. I need to email them and get feedback that way, because we had quite a lot of problems with quickbooks the last month.

I'll also share the steps to make sure you'll access the Feedback option in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your account in a different browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, or Edge).
  2. Look at the top right corner of your screen and click the Gear icon.
  3. Choose Feedback.

 

Just in case you can't still see it, you can also follow these alternative steps:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon in the top right.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab, type "Feedback", and follow the prompts.
