I have 2 PCs that crashed. I installed QB desktop on new PC but cannot register the program as its telling me i have too many devices for my subscription (I think my limit is 2). There is no clear way to resolve this using the online portal. The message says 'call QB' but no one ever answers and I'm hold forever. This a major problem as I now without any accounting package for which I am licensed. Help please.

No this does NOT work. I have done it 10X AT LEAST, even after installing and running the QB Toolhub. The problem is the system detects too many devices that exceed my licence. I will repeat: the system detects too many devices that exceed my licence. This has to be resolved on the back end at QB. That is what I keep trying to say and no one is listening and no one answers the phone when you call and the chat line does not work. For goodness sake, this is a NIGHTWARE experience dealing with you people. Every other software company I have ever dealt with on similar issues resolves these things in 5 minutes. I depend on this accounting to run my business and I HAVE NO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE now! It is beyond brutal trying to get this issue resolved. I am wasting hours and hours of my own valuable time on something that you people should have resolved or provide an easy way for the customer, e.g. to log into their account and remove devices. How hard would that be? But no, QB doesn't offer that for inexplicable reasons.
