Then, follow the steps below to download the QuickBooks Mobile App on your device: 

1. Open the App Store on your device, then search for QuickBooks Online. Please know that it may not be available for some countries.
2. Select Free, then Install. 
3. Use the same user ID and password to sign in to the app if you have an existing account in QuickBooks Online.
4. You may be asked to confirm a one-time confirmation code to confirm your identity. 
5. Once confirmed, you can continue with your account.

For future reference, you can also view annual tax information in the mobile app.

o have tired it but I can’t see ! I am living in Japan and I am QBO user for 2 years I want to install document scanner to scan my receipts!

how can I get that mobile app? Do you have any other recommendations?

As of now, the Receipt Snap feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online International versions. As a workaround, I'd suggest searching for a third-party application that integrates with the program and is available in your region.

Also, QuickBooks Online lets you add attachments to customer and supplier profiles, as well as their transactions. This ensures your record is organised: Insert Attachments.
