Are you trying to re-subscribe your account? Once you sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you'll be prompted to re-subscribe or reactivate your account. To do this, follow the steps provided below: 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Select Billing & Subscription then hit the Re-subscribe button. 
  5. Enter the updated billing information.
  6. Hit Subscribe.

  1. Go to the Help menu and search for reactivating the account.
