Let me help you with this, @Ah01.

If the store you've mentioned are different entities, then we need to set up a new subscription for each of them.

However, if they are under the same account number, I'd suggest utilizing the location tracking within your account. This helps categorise your data from different locations, regions, outlets, or departments of the same company.

Here's how to activate location tracking:

  1. Go to Gear⚙ and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. In the Categories section, select the Edit ✎ icon.
  4. Select the checkbox to track locations.
  5. Select Save, then Done.

Then you can add the locations:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ and then select All Lists.
  2. Select Locations.
  3. Click New, then add the Name of the location you want to track.
  4. Enter location information if necessary.
  5. Hit Save and close.

Once done, you can then select a store location for each transaction (like sales, expenses, banking, etc.).

Here are resources that will guide you through the process:

Though we're unable to recommend a third-party application that you can run to do multi-store function, I'd encourage checking it with Google search.

Feel free to get back to me if you need more assistance with managing the multi-store function in QBO. I'm always ready to help.

Hi there, @Reeflexdivers.

I'm here to help share insights about the class and location tracking in QuickBooks Online.

The class and location tracking features are currently available for global customers with a subscription using the Plus plan. This is the reason why the Advanced section of your screenshot is not the same as the screenshot shared by my colleague above.

Kindly read and use this article to learn more about class and location tracking: Get Started with Class and Location Tracking in QuickBooks Online.

For now, we may need to upgrade your subscription to fully use the feature described above. If you wish to do so, here's an article you can read to learn more about the needed steps: Upgrade your QuickBooks Online Subscription.

I'm also including this reference to learn more about your plan and subscription: QuickBooks Monthly Subscription Invoice. In this reference, you're able to read sections about how your account is charged and understand why such charges are billed to your account.

I've got you covered if you have other questions aside from utilising features available in QuickBooks. Use the Reply option below and don't forget to include my name, @JonpriL, so that I can get back here and offer a helping hand.
