Is there currently a problem with live chat, I'm getting the chat box but noone responds... I have urgent user account issues

I haven't received a report about the live chat link not responding, s-carroll-nophie.

 

Allow me to provide some troubleshooting steps so you can contact our Live Support Team. You can start by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. 

 

There are times that histories can delay the data being transmitted when using QuickBooks. Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser:

 

 

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser.

 

Then, you can log back into your QuickBooks account and follow these steps:

 

  1. Select Help (?).
  2. Click Contact us to connect with a live support agent.
  3. Choose Start a chat to connect with a support expert. 
  4. Live chat M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
