Payroll Checks-Alignment Issue

I have been printing payroll checks for years in QB.  I print on the "Standard" checks; three per page.  All of a sudden, they are not lining up on the page.  The top check is way too low; middle check is perfect; bottom check is a little too high.  I tried the alignment feature in QB, but it only printed the top check as a test.  I need to make sure all three checks are going to align correctly.  Any suggestions?

Payroll Checks-Alignment Issue

Hi @gearupadrian,

I'll take care of this query for you.

The first thing I can suggest is to update Adobe Reader or the PDF Reader application you use.

You can also save the print preview page as a PDF file. Use your PDF Reader application to open the file, and print it from there. You can follow the steps listed in this article: Test sequence for PDF printing issues. It's divided into 3 parts, which is to ensure you can print a local PDF file, view and print a PDF file from a browser, and is able to print a PDF file from QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, if you have issues with printing sales forms, see this article: Print sales forms. You'll find specific troubleshooting steps for different browsers, as well as related articles for this topic.
