We've updated our support options in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Currently, you can contact our Customer Care team through chat. You'll have to arrange this by selecting the Help menu at the upper-right comer of your account. For the step-by-step guide, here's how:
Go to the Help menu at the top bar.
Select the Contact Us button.
Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
Click Let's talk.
Select the Start a chat option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
