Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to provide some clarification about contacting QuickBooks support.
I know you need to get hold of someone from our phone support team. However, Community is a public forum and the ability to call is unavailable.
I'd suggest using the Start a chat feature from the Help menu. Our Support Team has access and tools unavailable to me in this public space.
