Hello everyone. I can't find the Price Rules feature on my QB Online Plus Philippines. Is this feature already available outside US? If not, can you recommend an app?

I have a single product that has different pricing to different customers. The pricing also varies for each customers based of date range. Is there an app that can help me do this?

Afaik, the feature is only available on QBO US version and QBO CA version.

What kind of business do you run? You may need an additional app to integrate with your QBO account. Frankly, I would recommend using QB Desktop US version with a one time license. Then deploy a private cloud to access your file by internet if required.

It's nice to see you here in the Community, @sherwin-supan-gm.

You've got me here to share some information about the price rules feature in QuickBooks Online.

Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. The option to set prices rules isn't available to the International versions of QuickBooks.

Know that QuickBooks Online integrates with various third-party applications that supports your business needs. We aren't able to recommend a certain app, however you may scan them online to help you manage your sales transactions.

You also have the option to manually apply a discount to one or more items on the invoices or sales receipts. This way, you'll be able to apply different price range depending on the date.

To do that, you'll need to turn on the discount feature and apply it on the sales transaction afterward.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab on the menu.
  3. In the Sales form content section, select the pencil icon to edit it.
  4. Select the Discount checkbox to turn it on.
  5. Then select Save and then Done.

This adds the discount field to your invoices and sales receipts. QuickBooks also creates a Discount given account to track everything on your chart of accounts.

You can always get back to me here if you need further assistance with your sales transactions. Have a great day!
