Let's access your account via a private browser or an incognito window. This is to isolate the possible browser-related issue. Before doing so, make sure to log in as the account's Master Admin and update the payment method.
Next, review your firewall settings and make sure QuickBooks has permission to go through it. Please check your firewall provider's website for the detailed steps.
