Quickbooks Online Advanced not available in the International version

You're correct that QuickBooks Online Advanced is not available in other regions. We currently don't have any time line when it will be available outside of the USA. We'll let you know once it will be available internationally.

Consider having one or two 3rd party apps as workaround to integrate with your QBO account. e.g CRM app for your sales team, inventory management app for inventory/warehouse team, etc

after over two years, is there any timeline now for when will the advanced features be available in the global version of quickbooks ?

QBO Advanced isn't offered yet in other regions. At this time, I can't provide a specific timeline for when it will be convenient outside US. Rest assured our developers are working nonstop to enhance our product and deliver the experience for all QuickBooks users. While this is unavailable, I recommend sending feedback directly to them. This way, they'll know how useful this plan is for your business and may consider this in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Hit Next.

Once done, your valuable suggestion goes to our designated team to help improve your experience in QBO. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

To check the available subscriptions offered in your area, open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/. Then, choose your country.

What kind of "advanced" feature do you need?

I believe that a very large number of your users will very much appreciate the "Advanced" option in the global version of quickbooks.

I for once, I am in desperate need at the moment for the following features:
 - Manage employee expenses
 - Restore company data
 - Batch invoices & Expenses
 - Customize user permissions

these features are extremely essential for me, but unfortunately its not available int he global version.

You can utilize 3rd party apps as workarounds.

What kind of business do you run?

For the time being, the ability to create and assign custom user permission in QuickBooks Online International is unavailable.  I can see how you would want to achieve this however, it's only available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced, and QBO Advanced is only available in the US.

As a workaround, you can look for a supported third-party application that'll enable you to add a customer user permission. Refer t this article to find one: Apps help QuickBooks run better. You can type in some keywords to maximize the results in the Search by name, keyword, job, or category section. 

Be sure to filter the region.
