QuickBooks Online Subscription

Good day.
How to know if the payment for the subscription has been done?

Also, why is it like this? (see attached picture below)

QuickBooks Online Subscription

You can access your Payment history under Billing and Subscription to verify your payment, @Anonymous31.


QuickBooks Online provides monthly subscription invoices to users so they can view their charges and payment details.


You can follow these steps to check if the payment for your QuickBooks subscription has been processed:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  2. Click the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. In View payment history, you'll find your entire billing history.


This monthly statement guide gives labels and definitions to help you read your subscription invoices.


If you're still unsure about the payment status, it's best to contact our support team for assistance. Our representatives have the necessary tools and up-to-date information regarding your subscription payment.


The QuickBooks section (the screenshot you’ve attached) is about your chosen plan. It's also designed to easily access your billing amounts and next charging period.
