Unusual responses may sometimes be caused by your browser. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, you can use the search tab again. If it works, return to your default browser clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process. There are times that cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
