Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Currently, Segment feature is not available in QuickBooks Online.
The Community recognizes feedback and product suggestions to make the program better. You can send this idea through your QuickBooks Online company file so our developers could take action to help improve your experience. I’ll show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestions, then select Next.
- You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can select Skip and send message.
- From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then press Send message.
In the meantime, you may want to consider visiting our QuickBooks Blog. From there, you can see the future developments and the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.
